Annual WCAOR Installation and Awards Banquet

At the conclusion of every year, the Williamson County Association of REALTORS® holds an Installation and Awards Banquet.  At this banquet the new members of the WCAOR Board of Directors are installed and the Industry Awards are presented.

 

2007 Installation & Awards Banquet - December 14: 

 

Times - they are a changin' was the theme for the 2007 Installation & Awards Banquet on Friday, December 14th.  Gary Cocanougher of Avalar Realty in Georgetown was Installed as the 2008 WCAOR President.  Other Executive Directors Installed included: Barbara Wigginton as President-Elect, J. Rene Ward as Vice President, Elain Byrne as Secretary/ Tresurer and Harry Pokorny as Past President.  For a complete list of the 2008 Board of Directors, click here. 

In addition to the 2008 directors being installed, there were a number of awards presented at the banquet.  Nicole Boynton of Coldwell Banker United REALTORS® was awarded the 2007 Rookie of the Year award, Marjorie Tinnell of Independence Title won the 2007 Affiliate of the Year award and Jay Pearce of Jay Pearce Real Estate was awarded the 2007 REALTOR® of the Year award.  In addition to those three industry awards that recognize ones contributions to the real estate industry over the last year, Judi Shanklin-Carnes was awarded a Distinguished Service award for her life time contributions to the real estate community.
