Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI)

The purpose of the GRI program and designation is to encourage and recognize the achievement of a higher, common body of knowledge among real estate professionals. Successful completion of all courses qualifies the member for the designation "Graduate, REALTOR® Institute" (GRI). Each course counts for 30 hours of core credit toward SAE, or your broker's license, and 9 elective hours for MCE. You may take the courses in any order and have up to five years to complete the course work. GRI-Real Estate Finance (GRI 1) covers Contract Forms, Contract Finance, Residential Finance, & Cultural Diversity and Fair Housing. GRI-Real Estate Marketing (GRI 2) covers Seller Services, Buyer Services, Communications Technology, Real Estate Technology. GRI-Real Estate Brokerage (GRI 3) covers Brokerage Relations, Business Development, Professional Standards, & Environmental & Green Building.
