Room Plaques and Live Auction

Metal plaques will be installed over the entries of twelve public rooms.  There will be only one name plaque offered per room.

Live Auction

September 25th at 7:00pm!

Amounts listed for each public room plaque are minimum bids and you may call the office at 512-255-6211 to place a minimum bid on any room.  One minimum bid is all that will be accepted prior to live auction night.  The live auction will have bidding start at the stated minimum.  Should there not be a higher bid, the room will be awarded to the minimum bidder.  Please be prepared to make a minimum payment of 25% of the total as a deposit on the night of the auction.  Total amount will be due by February 1, 2009.

 

Brick by Brick Legacy Campaign

A wall in the lobby will feature an engraved plaque with the names of those who have made contributions to the construction of the building, as well as those who wish to be patrons by making a contribution greater than $500.
