Affiliate Benefits
It is a strong desire of the Williamson County Association of REALTORS® that all Affiliates in Williamson County will make WCAOR their board of choice.

The right of participation in the Texas Real Estate Political Action Committee and to recieve bulletins on pending legislation affecting real property ownership.

Receive all Association and State mailings including a subscription to the informative business oriented Texas Realtor magazine.
Dues include affiliate membership in the Williamson County Association of REALTORS® and the Texas Association of REALTORS®.

Affiliate Objectives
To promote, advance and protect the general interst of real estate ownership by uniting those engaging in real estate, affiliated professions and the owners of real property in Williamson County, Texas.
To promote and maintain the high standards of conduct in the transaction of real estate business.
To encourage the right of real property ownership and guard against unjust taxation and unjust governmental regulations.
To assist in all activities designed to make Williamson County a better place in which to live; to cooperate with other organizations that are interested in the general advancement of the country's life and growth.
