Bylaws
The mission of the Bylaws Committee shall be to provide oversight and review of the governing documents of the association so that they remain compliant with NAR and that they provide policy direction for the association. In addition, the Bylaws Committee will also review policies and procedures of the association.

Professional Development (Education)
The mission of the Professional development and education committee shall be to fulfill the needs of REALTORS by creating quality and diverse educational opportunities which enhances professionalism and expertise at an affordable price. Evaluate existing course and instructors. Make recommendations to the BOD on new programs to benefit the members. Encourage our members to become instructors.

Finance
The mission of this Committee shall be to prepare the annual WCAOR budget, and meets quarterly to recommend dues amounts, capital expenditures and budget modifications to the Directors. Make recommendations on savings and investments, tax matters, dues, schedules for consultations, and recommendations when a large not budgeted expenditure is being considered. Also to schedule timely audits.

TREPAC & Governmental Affairs
It shall be the mission of a bi-partisan Governmental Affairs Committee to identify, analyze and recommend Association policies and issues on local, state, and national political issues as well as identify candidates who embrace legislation to protect private property rights and the real estate industry. It shall also be the mission to raise funds to meet and or exceed the quotas provided by TREPAC.

It is the mission of the Membership Committee of the Williamson County Association of Realtors (WCAOR) to targets audiences for membership, successfully enrolling new members while retaining current members. Obtaining the specific, quantitative goals and deadlines for enrollment and retention set by the president or the committee chairman. It should regularly review the organization’s membership strategies.
